White Sage Torch
Burning white sage has its origins in various native cultures around the world, particularly among Native Americans. They performed smudging ceremonies to ward off evil spirits and illness, promoting positive and healing energy. Throughout history, smudging has also been incorporated into various rituals, including spell casting, raising one’s vibration, and cleansing practices.
