This store accepts payment by PayPal

We use Australia Post to send all orders out to our groovy customers. Delivery is Standard Post, which is generally 3-5 business days once lodged at the Post Office. Mail transport methods and fluctuating conditions such as mail volume or extreme weather, can affect these estimates, you can find delays within the postal network listed on the Australia Post website.

All orders are packaged by hand and the utmost care is always taken to ensure products are packaged as carefully and securely as possible. Once they have been posted we have no control over the Postal Service, we DO everything we can to avoid damages but cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and as such if your order has been delivered (every package includes tracking) there are no refunds.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, cancelled orders may incur an administration fee of 10% of the order total.

Any returns, exchanges or refund requests must be made in writing to office@gypsyredcorpse.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order and the item/s in question must be returned in sellable, unused and undamaged condition at the customers expense if the request is accepted.

Refund requests are at the discretion of Gypsy Red Corpse – Artefacts for the Witching Hour staff based on individual circumstances.
