Wild Hare’s Foot Talisman ‘B’
$39.95Historical records show the hare’s foot was a popular lucky charm and medicinal talisman long before the rabbit’s foot became a commercial object. Folklore blends pagan traditions, early medical beliefs, and supernatural protection rituals across cultures. In Europe, the hare’s paw was used for protection against evil and illness, venerated as a sacred messenger for its speed and nocturnal habits. The Celts believed hares, living underground, were supernatural creatures tied to the Otherworld. Inspired by this heritage, we present our hare’s foot talisman collection. These hare’s foot talismans have been carefully handcrafted during a waning moon cycle, setting them apart from ordinary charms. Each features a vintage brass fitting, adorned with a chain and a pentacle charm. This collection showcases the hind paw, noted as ‘B’ in the photograph of the group of three paws. Sold individually, each measures approximately 10cm, with an additional 7cm in the chain and pentacle charm. It is the middle size in the collection. For sizes A and C, please see their individual listing. Here at Gypsy Red Corpse – Artefacts for the Witching Hour, we take great pride in offering ethically sourced and sustainable materials to supplement your ritual practice. We do not, in any way, support or condone the trade of poached or endangered animals or cruelty to animals. All bones are ethically sourced – death is by natural causes or a by-product of road-kill.

Antique Horn Brooch ‘Butterfly’
$125.00Carved horn jewellery achieved significant popularity during the Art Nouveau era, serving as a deliberate response to the mass production characteristic of the Industrial Revolution. These pieces emphasized the artisan's craftsmanship rather than the intrinsic value of the material, resulting in each item being a unique work of art. This antique Art Nouveau brooch features a meticulously hand-carved horn insect, rendered in the form of a butterfly. The piece may be attributed to either Elisabeth Bonte (1897-1990) or Georges Pierie (1873-1943), both recognised for their contributions to the period. Although unsigned, the intricate carving demonstrates exceptional artistry. The brass knuckle fitting and C-clasp on the reverse remain functional and well-preserved. Measuring an impressive 10.5cm in length, 2.5cm at its widest point, and 1cm in depth, this rare example represents a distinguished addition to a specialised collection. Only one is available. Raven Talons

Call on Raven symbolism to invoke their magickal qualities in your ritual practice or to enrich your cabinet of curiosities. Presented here is one pair of European Raven talons, both from the same specimen. Each talon varies slightly in size, measuring approximately L12cm x W4cm, embodying both natural beauty and ritual potential.
