At its heart, herbal magick is the practice of intentional partnership. It is the belief that every leaf, root, and petal carries a unique energetic fingerprint, a natural vibration that can be harnessed to amplify your own willpower. When you use herbs in magick, you are not merely employing a physical ingredient; you are invoking the ancient, living spirit of the plant to act as a bridge between your intention and the material world. This partnership forms the basis for the many diverse ways herbs are incorporated into practice.
Although practices differ, herbal magick is frequently employed for spiritual and magickal purposes, purification, spells, and offerings. Rituals often include specific blessings and depend on precise timing to maximize the efficacy of the herbs. Common preparations involve amulets, incense, and blessing bouquets. Additionally, herbs may be displayed in homes, carried for protection, or burned to dispel negative energy.
The following details the intentions and magickal applications of Witch Hazel, which is organically cultivated and harvested in alignment with lunar phases. The product is packaged in cellophane bags measuring 10cm by 9cm. To place an order, select the desired moon phase from the options provided below.

Myrrh, scientifically known as ‘Commiphora myrrha’, is native to regions in Africa and the Middle East. For centuries, myrrh resin has been used as incense in religious and magickal ceremonies. Traditionally, myrrh was rarely burned on its own; it was often combined with frankincense. When burned on charcoal, the combination of myrrh and frankincense is utilised in rituals for banishing, purifying, and raising the vibration of a space. Myrrh also enhances the potency of any incense to which it is added. The smoke is commonly used to consecrate objects such as ritual tools, amulets, and talismans. Additional uses of myrrh include healing rituals, exorcisms, and scrying work. It is associated with the deities Isis, Adonis, Ra, Mary, and Hecate, as well as the element of Water and the planet Moon, symbolising feminine energy. Each vial of Myrrh Resin contains 20 grams and features a pentacle charm.

The abalone shell is commonly used as a tool for smoke cleansing, also known as "smudging." It serves to catch ash and embers and is often where a smudge stick is rested before, during, and after the cleansing ritual. To protect the iridescent interior from heat damage, a layer of sand is usually added to the shell. The shell is also associated with the element of water due to its oceanic origin. When used for smudging, it combines with the burning herbs (Earth), the flame (Fire), and the smoke (Air), bringing all four elements into the ritual. Abalone shells are revered as sacred symbols of protection, spiritual growth, and intergenerational connection. These stunning natural abalone shells make excellent cleansing and offering bowls, as well as vessels for holding sacred objects such as crystals, amulets, or talismans. Each abalone shell varies in shape, size, and price, starting from $24.95. Please review each photograph carefully and select from options numbered #01 to #10, as this will be the shell you will receive. Please note that these shells are natural and may have slightly rough edges and imperfections.

Charcoal discs are used to burn natural incense, such as resins, herbs, and powders. Once lit, they should be placed in a heat-resistant vessel, such as a thurible or cauldron, that is lined with sand, after which incense is added on top. These Hamil Al Musk charcoal discs, packaged in foil, contain 10 discs per packet. Each charcoal disc measures 33mm in diameter and burns for approximately 45 minutes. Please note the safety precautions below for use. Also, tightly seal the packaging after opening to keep the discs dry, as moisture will prevent them from igniting. Safety precautions The burning charcoal can produce carbon monoxide, so ensure the room is well-ventilated. Always use tongs to hold the disc to avoid burns. A burning charcoal disc is a fire hazard and should never be left unattended. Ensure the burner is not near curtains, paper, or other flammable materials. Let the charcoal disc and ash cool down completely before discarding them.

While the thurible is most famously associated with Christian and other religious ceremonies, it is also considered a standard piece of ritual equipment for many modern Pagans, including those who practice Wicca. Burning incense on a charcoal disc in a thurible and swinging it to create the fragrant smoke can be used to cleanse a sacred space before a ritual. The swinging motion is called incensing. Along with other tools such as a chalice, athame, and wand, the thurible is a common element in a Pagan ritual toolkit. Modern Pagans often adapt and utilise tools with a long history in various spiritual traditions, including the thurible. This beautiful thurible, crafted from high-quality solid brass, is ideal for burning charcoal discs along with herbs, resin, or wood incense. The heavy brass lid fits snugly when not in use and can be used either on or off, as it features an ornate design with air holes and a delicate chain. Both pieces are adorned with a lovely embossed floral design. With a height of 15cm (plus chain) and a diameter of 7.5cm, this piece is both stylish and practical, making it an essential tool for any ritual ceremony!
