Dragonfly & Vintage Brooch Shadow Box
$75.00
This handmade black shadow box presents a sepia-toned background with three lit candles on a triple candelabra. The asymmetrical arrangement centres on a dragonfly, accompanied by two smaller charms—a dragonfly and a bird in flight—and an authentic vintage daisy leaf brooch set with mauve diamantes. The pentagram, rooted in traditional lore, provides elemental protection. The dragonfly motif serves as the focal point, symbolising transformation, adaptability, and the unveiling of illusions. The bird in flight represents freedom, perspective, and spiritual communication. The vintage daisy and leaf brooch evoke growth and purity, while the mauve diamantes suggest heightened intuition and psychic awareness, creating a thoughtfully layered cabinet of curiosities. The box measures 18.5cm on each side and is 3.8cm deep, making it a unique piece for any ritual space.

Porcupine Quills
$4.95 – $12.95Price range: $4.95 through $12.95Porcupine quills are valued in ritual practice for their symbolic qualities of protection and defense. As the porcupine's natural shield, quills represent the ability to establish strong boundaries and ward off negative energies. Their inclusion in mojo bags or spell jars serves as a symbolic barrier against psychic attacks or harmful influences. Because the quill points are sharp, practitioners are reminded to exercise caution, reinforcing the theme of mindful self-protection. Practitioners may position quills near doorways or windows to deter unwanted spirits or negative influences from entering a space. Quills are occasionally bound into a cross shape to serve as protective talismans. Their sharp and sturdy points make them suitable as styluses for inscribing symbols and intentions into candle wax during candle magic. Cleaned quills can also serve as pens for writing spells, petitions, or protective scripts, particularly when used with ritual inks such as Dragon's Blood. Sold individually, or as a group of three, and measuring between 10cm and 12cm, these porcupine quills may also serve as symbolic guardians, representing strength through gentleness. Their use can remind practitioners that vulnerability and openness are compatible with possessing the means for self-defence. Specifications Description: Porcupine Quills Material: Natural Porcupine Quills Measurements: between 10cm and 12cm PLEASE NOTE: Due to the raw nature of the quills, edges may be sharp; caution is recommended when handling. Wild Hare’s Foot Talisman ‘A’
$29.95Historical records show the hare’s foot was a popular lucky charm and medicinal talisman long before the rabbit’s foot became a commercial object. Folklore blends pagan traditions, early medical beliefs, and supernatural protection rituals across cultures. In Europe, the hare’s paw was used for protection against evil and illness, venerated as a sacred messenger for its speed and nocturnal habits. The Celts believed hares, living underground, were supernatural creatures tied to the Otherworld. Inspired by this heritage, we present our hare’s foot talisman collection. These hare’s foot talismans have been carefully handcrafted during a waning moon cycle, setting them apart from ordinary charms. Each features a vintage brass fitting, adorned with a chain and a pentacle charm. This collection showcases the front paw, noted as ‘A’ in the photograph of the group of three paws. Sold individually, each measures between 7 and 8cm, with an additional 7.5cm in the chain and pentacle charm. It is the smallest in the collection. For sizes B and C, please see their individual listings. Vintage Rabbit’s Foot
$29.95Steeped in superstition, a rabbit’s foot is often worn or carried as a good luck charm. In cultures such as North America, England and Wales, a rabbit’s foot is worn or carried as an amulet to bring good luck, originating from a hare’s foot. Historically, rabbits have been associated with lunar symbolism, as the dark markings on the Moon's surface are often interpreted as resembling a rabbit. This vintage rabbit’s foot measures 5cm in length, 2cm in width, and 1.5cm in depth. In very good condition, it remains intact in its original setting and is accompanied by a ball chain. Only one is available. Here at Gypsy Red Corpse – Artefacts for the Witching Hour, we take great pride in offering ethically sourced and sustainable materials to supplement your ritual practice. We do not, in any way, support or condone the trade of poached or endangered animals or cruelty to animals. All bones are ethically sourced – death is by natural causes or a by-product of road-kill.
